You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to proceed with a return. The item(s) must be shipped without undue delay and no later than 14 days upon receipt of the article.
Items returned must be in the same condition as when you received them: in perfect condition and unused.
We are accepting exchange if the product you are returning is in a fully resaleable condition i.e. unopened and unused.
To proceed with a return:
1st. Write to our customer service informing us of the reason for return to the following address: email@example.com

We recommend doing the shipment through a tracking service as we do not take responsibility of any lost returns. Please note that you must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by MEWS CLOTHING.
We do not accept shipments due or refundable and will not be charged for shipping or return.
Within 2 to 7 working days from the time we receive the package in our warehouses, the return will be processed.
In case you prefer another size, you can request it at the time of the return. The new size will be shipped once the unwanted item is received by MEWS CLOTHING. In order to do so, you must inform us by email with the new size to the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
If this size is not available, the amount will be refunded.
If you prefer to change the garment by another model or color, you will have to return the unwanted article and place a new order.
The repayment term may vary between 2 and 7 working days from the time we receive the User’s return in our warehouses. As soon as we verify the status of the returned items, we will send you an email to inform you.
Remember that the payment will be made through the same payment method used in the purchase.
If you have received a defective or wrong item, you must notify MEWS CLOTHING within 14 days upon receipt of the article. Pictures of the general condition and of the defect must be included in your request.
As soon as we verify the condition of the garment(s) and if the claim is justified, the standard shipping cost of the return will be refunded. You will have the possibility to choose a full refund or the same item to be shipped to you.
