You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to proceed with a return.
Items returned must be in the same condition as when you received them: in perfect condition and unused.
To proceed with a return:

We recommend doing the shipment through a tracking service as we do not take responsibility of any lost returns.
We do not accept shipments due or refundable and will not be charged for shipping or return.
Within 2 to 7 working days from the time we receive the package in our warehouses, the return will be processed.
In case you prefer another size, you can request it at the time of the return. To do this, you must inform us by email with the new size to the following address: email@example.com
If this size is not available, the amount will be refunded.
If you prefer to change the garment by another model or color, you will have to make the return of the article and make a new order.
The repayment term may vary between 2 and 7 working days from the time we receive the User’s return in our warehouses. As soon as we verify the status of the returned items, we will send you an email to inform you.
Remember that the payment will be made in the same payment method used in the purchase.
If you have received a defective item or that does not correspond to the purchase, you must send us a copy of the proof of the shipping costs. As soon as we verify the condition of the garments, we will pay the amount of the returned items and the corresponding shipping and return costs
